I’ve kept good oil in it…the air filter was awful dusty, I could see a little dust stuck to MAF. Interestingly the shaft spins smoothly and doesn’t have any play that I could feel despite looking like it swallowed something other than air. It definitely got pushed forward Into the housing. Possible Turbo Failure Help!
I can now contribute something. Pulled the cold air intake hose off the compressor end of the turbo and snapped a nice photo of a mangled Turbo…all along the outer fins with facial damage right up to the shaft. The shaft must have broke and it was wobbling around. Any suggestions on how to...- Apache58
