Lost my original one (long story) and all I can find sold by itself are cheap aftermarket ones. Would love to find some who has a bad oem actuator that they would be willing to pull the end off. For clarification I'm looking for the part in the picture.

I just set the stop screw per the vcds method 967 vs 1045 for a 78mbar difference, then set the length per vacuum. Movement starts at 3, isn't quite touching at 17 and fully against stop at 19. Going to drive it tonight run some logs and see how it works.

I went ahead and just lined it up so that with the lever against the stop screw mount the veins are all the way closed. This made the most sense as it would alow the fullest range of motion. Unfortunately because I have no way of knowing if it is clocked at all like before none of my adjustments...

As is normal I always get the weird problems, my gtb 2260vk dropped its vnt arm off. I have a new one on hand from pioneering performance but I need to know how to align the outside lever to the actual actuator inside. Lots of threads on vnt adjust but I can't find anything on actually...
