Thank you, I ended up ordering the turbo from IDParts and will be installing it next weekend. Only part I couldn't get from IDParts is the oil pump, which the TSB recommends replacing and is probably due anyway at 138k. Hello all, hoping I can get some good advice on how to best proceed from the situation I find myself in. TL;DR - Sorry it got long...
