Follow the cable from back side of alternator to fuse box on top of battery and see if the other end is hot to touch...the ends are known to get resistive.

Turbo has not been disassembled since i have owned it. If it has a seal wonder how hard to replace?

I will check the charge hose...i see oil leaking on the back side of valve cover on drivers side, but don't see any oil on top side of turbo. I have a screw in the lowest part of inter cooler and only see it drip from there.

Found this leak while changing oil. Passenger side axle and skid plate have oil on it. Is my turbo seals bad? No oil on top side of turbo.

Hello Mike.....did you ever find what was causing your noise? I'm having the same issue on my 02'....notice when shifting or letting off and getting back on the accelerator there is a clunking noise.

I've been needing to flush the old brake fluid.

I'm use to bench bleeding a master cylinder before installing. Need advise on bleeding this booster/master combo. I have a motive power bleeder, would this bleed it?[/IMG]
