I have geicos mechanical coverage, since my hpfp blew last month and I did the cp3 swap, so if the valves did tap the pistons im covered.

I always have mine done at a trusted tdi mechanic, that uses vag-Com to prime the pumps. That's the only reason I don't do it myself.

Okay so your saying just don't shift before the rpm at which you reach under full throttle situations and you will avoid compressor surge

I'm guessing compressor surge can cause a turbo to grenade? I don't want surge issues at high rpm WOT let off, is 35 psi safe from that?
