I'm trying to book my buyback appointment, and I'm getting an error 8909. Is anyone else having problems this morning scheduling their buyback? I've tried on several browsers on 2 computers and my phone. I called the hotline, and they escalated to "IT".

I think I'm buying a 2011 A3 TDI DSG today. It will help me reduce the miles I put on my beetle tdi and be a car for my kids to drive to get their licenses and when they need a car. $14k-ish out the door with ~80k miles.
