I have them removed from the equation right now. I am going to run it and put 1 fuse back in at a time. The one thing I can't figure is when I disconnected the battery, I had 3 volts between the pos/neg cables.

I ended up following the codes, replaced ignition switch, removed fuses 6,14, 37,38, & 42. Disconnected my stereo. Started at idle, 14.4 volts, turned lights on hi, fan on hi, volts 13.5. So far, all fuses pulled, cleaned tested, ignition switch pulled blades clean, all relays under dash pulled no burns. GP relay pulled clean, grounds under battery clean. Any other areas I need to be looking at for possible shorts? Nick

I pulled all the fuses out. Checked each with a meter. The blades on the larger fuses were clean, the blades on most of the smaller fuses were covered in tarnish. Wires brushed them and installed. What causes the discoloration? I have never seen that before. Nick

Today...45 degrees. 12.5 , cycle GP's volts drop 11.6, start volts drop to 10.5, starts- volts up to 13.9-14.2. Drove 50 miles 4 stops, not one problem. Is there a test for the ignition switch?

Thank-you to those who responded. Found problem. Solenoid gummed up pretty good. Cleaned piston & cylinder with rubbing alcohol. A little bit of dielectric grease and works well. Ready for 17 more years. Nick
