I would agree with Mongler. It's not too hard to test your actuator and N75 operation. I had overboosting on my ALH that was fixed after I diagnosed a bad turbo actuator. It's also pretty easy to test the vane operation and then pull the downpipe to clean with oven cleaner if you are...
