I chose Humberview VW in Toronto (Etobicoke), and have been stuck waiting for an offer since the beginning of this process. I don't think the rural dealership plays too much into the equation.

I feel like we can complain until we are blue in the face, but nothing would be done. The legal mumbo jumbo did state they have 120 days to provide an offer letter from the time the claim was open. It has technically only been 30, so they are well within their right I suppose.

Sounds like I need to try your tactic. Call them telling them to switch my claim to buyback no trade, and maybe they'll realize it is more work to do that and will miraculously approve my offer.
