That's odd; I have the opposite issue. If I release the clutch without revving first, it stalls instantly.

It's in Woodburn, exit 271 on I-5. If I have access to the map, I'll try to add it. If you're going shopping in Portland, though, I recommend two shopping districts: NW 23rd and SE Hawthorne. Lots of great shops.

I have a ton of problems with the 30-pin connector interface with my iPhone 3G and now with my iPhone 4, even though it's supposed to be supported! The Bluetooth audio works without a hitch... Except when I stall and have to restart playback...

Hello everyone! I'm now the owner of apparently the only available 4 door Golf TDI within 300 miles of Portland, Oregon. They had to truck it down from Bremerton, Washington. It's also my first manual transmission ever, so that was an adventure just getting home. But here she is...
