Finally finished my deal today trading in Passat for Alltrack . As many people stated , turn was fast and i was at the location 30 mins early . Lady from the dealership was very nice .

My hair dresser filed online last week , documents approved and she has buy back appointment for june 15th . go figure.

Finally hit step 18 tonight just as i was going to email RP Freaking earliest date is July 5th emailed dealer to hopefully get sooner date .

Why were they getting rejected ?

Emailed Salesman tonight , letting him know my frustration and what do you know finally after a month i receive offer . should have emailed sooner . :-)

Had the same form letter in my mail this morning .

I have noticed lately that when the car reaches 90 deg the small fan comes on and will remain on until i shut the car off . The car is not over heating and runs normally and no lights are on dash . Also does the normal regen when the big fan will also come on and shut off when cycle is...

Well we know first in first out does not work as i originally submitted doc on the 28th when port first opened . There have been people on this forum and the lovely Fb page who submitted after and had offers within a few days . Really dont care anymore just seeing what happens .:-)

I just went back to step 8 and resubmitted , see if that pushes things along .

I called just after 3pm and said 5 mins ended up being 15 Tried last night and message said 80 .

Called Rice point on my way home as i have had check marks since last thursday and guy i talked too had not clue where my offer was . I guess those trading in are not getting special treatment .

Well , bill of sale documents were rejected cause i did not have vin on first BOS upload and then uploaded bank statement that car was financed thru which had vin and they did not accept that either so i was able to acquire the original document from dealership and uploaded again . Third...

I am trading in and no priority given to me . 1 week to the day 3 of 4 documents were not approved . Uploaded again and still not approved .

Financed thru TD Dealer said they would have by tuesday .

Spent an hour in line at service Ontario to get a new sticker and paid $7.00 Now waiting for bill of sale from dealership .

Well mine was kicked back because i did not have sticker on back of ownership and i asked them why can i not take a picture of my plate as the plate number is on the ownership . Nope . Has anyone gone back to service Ontario to get the new sticker for the back of ownership ? Thank you

Submitted my documents just after portal opened and still no approval .
