Let's see if another class action is possible. There must be some lawyers biting on VW not paying off the loans in the time frame set in the settlement agreement. Adding additional interest and insurance payments cost the customer that choose buyback millions in dollars
checked my blocked messages filter in gmail and years ago I blocked chase. I deleted the filter and swoop the email showed up. Maybe my error can be a lesson to someone else. Check your filters in gmail if anything is blocked that has to do with chase you will not get the email.

Maybe there can be another class action for them holding payment past the agreed time. If they do that with hundreds of people they rake in big bucks in interest. I have to wait till Tuesday to call. I will then also email the class action lawyers and settlement court.
Keep in mind VW hired a US contractor that said they have credentials to handle the settlement based on VW criteria. This contractor is not handling it well but what is VW going to do. The settlement is a massive undertaking of proportion never seen before. If they change companies now than...
how do they pay my loan off. Do I get two transfers one to the bank paying the loan the other for my restitution payment. Or do I get the full amount and I pay the loan ?
