The in tank lift pump is working and fuel filter is full. with a new filter. No it was not OEM bosch part. I did the resistance test on the sensor and it checked out alright. said if it was less than 1.5ohms it was good.

I pulled the crank sensor and inspected it noting stuck to the magnet or it wasn't rubbing on the tone ring. I even took a mirror and inspected the tone ring while rotating the engine over. Sorry i did not say that in the OP.
