GM got in trouble way back in the '90s when the EPA discovered that the Northstar V8 engine (IIRC) would fail the emissions test if you turned on the air conditioner.

I just sold mine. :) For a car as rare and with such niche interest as a B4 TDI, good photos are a must, and a detailed walkaround/startup video will help a lot as well.
