The Motonav system is Bluetooth based and uses Navteq maps....I find that it works really well.

Is there any way to search with VAG COM what switch is at fault? The door, trunk, and all doors are latched, as is the hood.......I'm wondering if there is any way to tell if there is an open circuit somewhere in the system?

Hey Guys; I'm having a funny problem with my Jetta Wagon.... When I lock the car, the alarm no longer chirps to confirm that the vehicle is locked. I have checked the coding for the alarm and everything is set so that the alarm should chirp when locking...however, for some reason this isn't...

Volkswagen doesn't offer a rust module....the 12 year/unlimited mileage corrosion warranty covers rust....and those rust modules don't really work anyway.

After reading the issues that you are describing...my first thought was timing. That would make the most sense to me, however it could also be an issue with injected fuel quantity, or possibly even an O2 Sensor.

I'm embarrassed to admit this...but I don't have any friends that I could call over to work on the car with me....believe me, I would have thought about this.

Well, the truth of the matter is, I do have a new car that I bought a few months ago. Yhe GLI is more of a summer fun car....I just can't bring myself to get rid of it, and yet at the same time, I seem to be having issues getting it done.
