Thats a very nice fix and a nice dyno too. I have not been able to give my car to the tuners much this year as i am now driving 5-600 miles a week, and have run out of spare money for tuning, but will see if i can get the pop pressures altered.

They said that the exhaust is almost too free breathing for the turbo now, a lack of back pressure at low engine speeds is not helping the turbo spool up (apparently VNT need back pressure to help spooling?). You're in Devon, Plymouth is in, er, Devon. How far away are you? It isn't exactly around the corner from me either but choices in Cornwall are kind of limited.

I am arranging to go back into celtic to see if the 3" exhaust takes us any further. If with bigger nozzles, hybrid turbo and a remap we get 266hp, basically bolt on extras, surely someone who into heavy modification can get further.
