Car has electrical gremlins, no start, something is blocking the data link coms. Had an appointment with Tekmektronics in central pa in 3 weeks. Is it still possible for my local vw dealer to make me a new key and program it? What are my options here before I run out of time!?

Update I unplugged some ****, that spark noise hasn't come back since I unplugged the fuel rail pressure sensor. But now the fans are running with constant power and won't shut off untill I disconnect the battery.

Need help. I'm doing a automatic to 6speed swap. Both veichles are 09 jetta tdi. The wiring harness on the manual car was cut so I'm woundering if the wiring harness on the automatic could be used? Or if someone could link me somewhere to buy one please. Thank you
