Hmmm, I'm trying to remember. Isn't the ABS tone ring on the outer end of the axle? Maybe your aftermarket ones either don't have one, or have the wrong one? d

Sorry, only the outer end. Never tried an inner one.

I use end nippers. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-7-in-End-Nipper-48060/203287749 You can file the end down so it isn't sharp anymore, or be very very careful. d

Soldered my 384 AC relay. Pretty easy to see the "Halo" around the bad joint. AC now runs fine. d
