From the cat-back it's the same as the 1.8t and even the VR6. I'm not sure why they said turbo-back above, since the 1.8t has a four bolt flange at the turbo to downpipe connection and the TDIs have a 3 bolt flange. Also the 1.8t downpipe connection is 90 degrees offset from the TDI's

I'm interested in this product as well. I'm guessing it does help with separating the oil from the blow-by gasses, but not quite as effectively as a catch can since the puck has a limited volume that it can use for any separation to take place. A catch can will have an advantage there.
