I fill your pain. The App crashed today as Specialist completed mine. So, it's a mess!

Lucky me. We crashed the buyback app. I now have no car AND no receipt for it! no one could hand write one. It all is generated by the APP. Yes, the same app that was crashed and had IT & VW unable to process any more claims.

I got to the dealer for my buyback. Buyback Specialist did not have an appt for me. She said I needed to go home and reschedule. Thankful I had my email copies with me. After my prompting, she called her supervisor, he talked her thru how to look for appt by VW reference#. It showed up in bosses...

Buyback appt choices are extremely limited It gave me only 4 date options for buyback in Little Rock. Every Wednesday in Dec at either 10:30AM or 11:30am. I don't like the way they are treating us!

Buyout books mailed from VW I received two books from VW this week. One for the 2011 JSW I own and one for the 2011 JSW my hubby had that we traded in Sept of 2013. So, the VW database needs updating!

I never received the Goodwill cards. I think I was omitted because I was one of the early sign ups for the Class A suit.

Am I the only one that never received the Goodwill cards in the mail? I figured it was because I had signed up for the Class A suit BEFORE they were offered.
