The station is a bit of a hike from my place, so I did not get a chance to go back and collect a sample. What can I say? I go out of my way to put B5 or lower into my tank and this is the reward I get for my efforts :>
I will be more sceptical from now on, but yes, as Dariof says I don't feel...
Figured I'd find some sympathy here.
On Tuesday I got diesel at my usual spot: the BP in Forestview IL (4701 S Central ave). Made it about a quarter mile down the road before the "Service Engine Now!" message and the glow plug light came on. Engine started to make "seriously not right"...
radian rear-facing?
thanks for posting the pictures. I'll be picking up a new car seat soon, and the compact size of the Radian is really attractive to me.
Your kids are a bit older, but do you have a sense how "big" the Radian seats are when installed rear-facing? The Evenflo Triumph I...
I've read two different things about that fluid, which I agree is fantastic. (I'm sad to have long since used it all up...)

I've read that as official as it sounds (part number and everything) it's...
had to toggle bt audio off and on again
This drove me nuts for months until I found a forum post somewhere discussing it:
I have an android phone (2.2 software). It pairs with the car for phone calls just fine. Bluetooth audio, however, requires navigating into the detailed connection options...
non-biodiesel at Phillips 66, kingery and plainfield
Last week (13 September 2011) I filled up at this station and was pleased as punch to find no biodiesel sticker on the pump.

BP at Wabash and Roosevelt 100% biodiesel
The South Loop BP station now sells B-100. I think that change happened earlier this year. they were selling "up to B-20" back in February, 2011, but as of June 3 were B-100.
Willowbrook Mobile now "up to 20% Biodiesel"
Willowbrook Mobile (the Mobile station on Kingrey, just north of i-55 on Illinois-83) has recently switched from petrodiesel to "up to 20% biodiesel". Must have happened some time between 19th of May and 8th of June.
1 gauge
You and I are on the same wavelength. I asked this yesterday, too:

The manual says you need some super-thick cables, and the forum doesn't disagree. You'll have to look a little hard to find them, as cables that thick seem to be...
The manual for the '10 JSW says if you jump start the car, use cables with at least 35 square mm or .054 square in cross sectional area.
That's a 1 gauge (AWG) wire. that's a serious set of cables.
Is that really how thick the cables should be? is the manual over-stating the requirements...
evenflo triumph fits
hi: we had the car seat problem as well (2010 JSW). I'm a tall guy so with the drivers seat in the most comfortable position, there's no room behind me for the rear-facing car seat (should be ok when it's front facing in a few months).
However, we've got a big car seat...
