No coolant flowing to the ball seems more like a bad water pump. How much are you looking to spend on the cylinder head? I have one on a running alh out of a 2000 beetle. I imagine shipping might be a bit though from FL to you.

Used PD150 intake manifold. Previous owner painted it purple. Has a fitting on side for a boost gauge I'm thinking. I never installed it and my newly purchased mk4 wagon has one already. So I no longer need it. Asking $150 shipped. I am in Central Florida area in case someone is local.

Price seems steep. We bought a 2015 SEL Passat last April. One owner, never wrecked, 36k miles for $15k. Last 2015 SEL at the same dealer sold for $14k with even less miles
