Can you please tell us how far you had to disassemble the pump to correct the shim problem?

How far did you have to disassemble the pump to install the replacement shim? Is there only 1 way to put the pump back together? Can you get the piston on the pump 180 degrees out from the driving shaft?

I don't know if this is possible, BUT can the pump be re-assembled so that it is 180 degrees out of time? Or the pulley hub?

How did the tread look to you? My issue is vibration at freeway speeds. Below that it's pretty smooth. Rotating the one tire has a hop and a quick sideways squirm. I don't think the tread looks weird though.

I can't tell. Looked at the outside of all 4 tires and do not see any country of manufacture. It's too cold to crawl underneath and look at the backside. All the date codes are in 2024. How much convincing did you have to do for Costco to warranty them?

Never for me. Hydraulic actuation automatically takes care of clutch wear and the point that it grabs. Worn clutch for me won't hold torque. I think his fork is probably bent.

When the clutch was done, did it get a new fork and pivot ball?

How are you measuring the charging voltage?
