As of right now Indiana does not test diesels for emissions. Hopefully it stays that way and I can go along my merry way. I do wonder though if states will change the exemptions because of all this.

I would like to think we as current owners will be grandfathered when it comes to the recall. They can deal with all the unsold units but leave the rest of us alone.
