try the EBC redstuff. once they are hot, your glasses will fall of your face when you are braking. i used this with the EBC Turbo Groove disc. also no black dust after braking.

was this a plug and play? what car are the calipers from? if i remember right you are running 18" wheels, would the 17" fit?

there will be no error code 1 because you have only two wires (+/-), so no check wire 2 for example my last pump, that broke last year after 5 years of use, the motor was still running, only the pump (propellor) was broken from the shaft. so my recommendation is to check it.

the pump in the fuel tank is gone, replace it.

be very careful with these brakes when they are cold. i almost hit a car at the first brake-pedal, near my house. but if you manage to get them hot, you can lose you sunglasses from your face :) .
