I've stopped looking for now. I had no idea how long it would take between "documents approved" to "eligibility approved"! This is ridiculous. My docs have been approved now for 3 weeks. But they are still deciding if I'm eligible.

If I could have found a dealer here in NJ willing to take $5K-6K off a 2017 5MT GSW I probably would have put a deposit on it. The few I asked about it basically said I was crazy. So I gave up on VW. And now I see a dealer in VA doing it on all of their GSWs!

The title for our car only has my wife's name on it. But we're splitting the check after they issue it, and each buying a different car with our half. Can I register myself as a co-registrant if only her name is on title? They VW could split the payment and make things easier.

Is anyone driving / looking at a Mazda5? Mazda stopped making them after 2015 I think. I've decided, with 3 kids, to look a minivan/cuv with 3 rows if I can get one. The Mazda5 Sport actually had a 5MT version. Smallest car with 3 rows I've ever seen. Should I get one of these used?

I would consider this if they were also offering 0% financing . . . Have you heard anything about that? The current 60 month 0% financing offer on the GSW ends Oct. 31st. I'll bet they will introduce another one in November though.
