Doing some work on friends' new-to-them '14 tdi dsg beetle, it's got the P0111 code. I don't see a separate AIT sensor and what little I've found about these says it's a combined sensor with the MAP, which is in a sucky location. Thanks for the help, I'm used to working on my ALH.

I measured up the sizes I needed in grade 10.9 and went down to my local fastenal with the list. Pretty cheap.

Grab the engine electrical harnesses carefully, and hang onto them for spares.

Start removing the front end and all of a sudden you’ll see how easy it is. I did the first alh out the top, not knowing anything about vw stuff. Second one re&re out the bottom. After that I did the front end removal and rolled them out/in, seriously don’t waste your time doing it any other way.

Don’t waste time fixing wrecked threads. Remove the flange and get your local machine shop to drill and tap new M8 holes between all the old ones.

Can relate 100%, my Dodge has a Southbend clutch and the Jetta clutch feels almost like it’s not connected to anything 😂.
