EFT Payment received in full. DONE!

Sold it yesterday received the EFT email from chase at 8:50pm tonight. The transfer was simple.

How long on average are folks waiting to get their chase email? 3 business days?

Ok, just completed my buyback at World VW in Neptune. It took 10 minutes, no issues, same offer ammount as the letter. Received my confirmation and was on my way. Super nice buyback guy. Now it's time to wait for my $.

Highly doubt that some CS rep will readjust his $ in the same day. Still waiting, person after me is waiting as well now.

Appointment scheduled for 2:30 today is delayed. The person before me is clearly having issues as they are still with the buyback person. Apparently he was shortchanged $450 and he's trying to sort it out in the office.

Just got my email reminder regarding my appointment tomorrow 2:30. It was sent from the portal. Car is ready to be turned in.

Im gonna drive one this week. I've read reviews that comment on the cheap plain Jane plastic interior-this is an luxury CUV after all.

Where is that written? And are you referring to the email that goes out after buyback is complete or the actual money transfer?

3 days until we get paid? Is this listed anywhere in the legal documents? Common, sounds like they just keep throwing dates around without any logic behind it. Does anyone know how many folks on this forum actually received their $ already?

Is there a consensus on who to call if one experiences problems receiving the ETF notification and/or the actual payment? VW claims? I'm assuming ask for a manager right away? VW customer service?

Gottya, I checked out the site. I clicked on signup and since I have BofA it took me directly to BofA's page. It asked for my email to assign the send/receive feature as well as the account where I want the funds deposited. I received a confirmation that the signup was complete. So my question...

I'm a little bit confused. What is this new link? Was this provided after the buyback is "complete" email? My buyback is Thursday and I have Bank of America.

Is there an option to transfer it to non-chase accounts pretty easily?

While i partially accepted that I'll get my $ through chase I'm still disappointed. Not only do we have to wait for the email but also for the money to be transferred from our chase account to a non-chase account. Seems like every step of this process has been designed to test people's patience...
