Finally got the EGR replaced over the weekend, things are good once again. Interesting how it all works out like that.

Things have gone well for the most part. No excessive oil leakage, but I did by a mity-vac to check the EGR, and guesee what?! You got it, the EGR is gone. Bought a used egr off of a TDIclub member, it arrived yesterday, checked it out and everything is go, now I am just waiting for new seal...

I'll let you know when I have money to burn! But any how, I will try cleaning it again with vacuum, that is a good idea, and I will have to check the weeping holes too!

Lokos like I may have a bad EGR. Bought a mighty-vac to check it out, and it will not even move when vaccuum is applied. Doh!
