Seems like an easy cross reference of fixed cars vs current registrations. Calif has been flagging VIN’s for two years now. But Calif, has approved the exemption. And registering without fix is doable. Just have to go into the office. No online or mail in registration works.

I've got a 2015 gas Cruze for my step daughter. The steering is very touchy. But the interior is just too small for me. They need to put the diesel in a bigger car. I'm seriously looking at the Malibu/lumina, just because of interior room. The car is fine for my daughter.
