    Yes to the first part, and I rebuilt the entire pump so I didn’t bother with the pin until reinstalling it.

    if my injection pump were leaking would that be a possible cause? I thought my car was dripping coolant, but I think it might be diesel. seeing as the top of the injection pump is wet

    there are no codes I scanned it with my obdii scanner but ill look into VDCS, I was thinking injectors as well after some digging but haven't had time to tear it down.
