    Here's a picture of how you get everything aligned. You need a mark on the tip of the shaft , the nut, and the compressor. If you send your assembly off for balancing they should put these marks on. But if you're only replacing the bearings then you need to mark your current shaft. Image

    The main thing is to mark the compressor, nut and shaft. They all need to go exactly the way they were. There's nothing to do with the turbine it's permanently part of the shaft.

    Checked twice already and reinstalled to make sure I was right. Idles great revs up fine and then acts like a rev limiter like it's cutting out fuel.

    This is what i assumed as well. That if unplugged it would trigger a light. However Mone does the opposite. As far as the ground goes I assume it does it through the sensor it's self. However at this point I'll just set an alarm on my gauge.

    When I pull the wire off the sensor it's stops going off. I'm guessing this isn't correct? However I'm going to have faith in my oil pressure sensor and move forward with finishing everything up.

    He could but the BHW is far stronger and probably an even an easier swap. Plus if you keep an eye out you can find many 2.0TDI passats with busted trannies for under $1000 Then you can sell it after taking what you want and make back most of your money.

    I believe the pickup wheels on the cranks are different. So you would most likely need to swap that. But the sensor plugs into the same place on the block.
