Checked grounds under the hood! The relay socket is up under the dash near the underside of the dash surface, had to use long handle pliers to get it out. Can't see the socket. Taking the front the dash off may or may help. I'm leaning more towards a problem with ECM, I have a flashing glow plug...

Ok ran a jumper to the Aux fuel pump it filled the hi pressure pump, fuel to injectors but they are not firing. Checked wires with test light no power( or maybe not 12v)
So searching for Aux pump relay location and what fires the injectors?
I found that #14 fuse was missing also swapped out a 645 relay now I have communication from engine. Glow plug light is flashing, have fuel to hi pressure pump but none to rail. Ha e 2 codes P2632 and ap0238
Ok I found that #14 fuse was missing and swapped relay for module, now I have engine channel in VCDS. But no fuel from hi pressure pump. Pulled hoses going to hi-pump go flow but nothing coming from hi-pump. Only codes I'm getting is P2632 and P0238
Maybe. The block looks like a BRM but is a common rail. Don't believe that would make a difference bc there is no signal from the ECM. I have tried the original harness from the engine, didn't help.
