    3.0 TDI Valve ID

Thanks for the reply. Everything on the Touareg is stock, nothing yet deleted and not tuned. I am fine with the car as is, so long as the emissions system doesn’t throw a code. When that happens and on the assumption that it is costly to keep it stock, I would do a delete rather than for...

    EGR Cooler Delete

So if I am reading this right, when I go to replace seals and gaskets to fix the leak in the valley- which at the oil cooler not the EGr cooler - it makes no sense to remove tge EGR cooler as part of any proposed mini delete. Rather, when I get around to a DPF delete Ill end up just bypassing...

    3.0 TDI Valve ID

I have a leak in the valley and just ordered the parts. Now M thinking maybe I ought to do a delete while I am in there. I am mot ready to do a DPF delete but does it male sense to delete the EGR cooler now? I guess could do more research but being lazy I thought Id just ask here what my...

    CBEA/CJAA DPF info

    TDI extended emissions warranty disputes

Got it thanks. Problem is I cannot tell whether they know (or can or would admit to) any difference between a leak at (2) the oil cooler or (2) the EGR cooler.

    TDI extended emissions warranty disputes

Not sure I follow. Turbo ABA's "Warranty Information" link is to a statement of warranty term not scope. What am I missing?

    CBEA/CJAA DPF info

New to the Forum, with (unfortunate) good reason. Have a 2013 TDI Beetle, manual transmission, that is once again throwing DPF codes. The DPF was replaced a little more than two years (14,000 miles) ago under the Dieselgate warranty. Now the warranty is spent and the estimate is $3500. That...

What the ****, VW? (Clutch slave cylinder ranting)

Why do these release bearings generally fail Is it a wear issue or a manufacturing issue? Particularly interested in the case of a hydraulic failure.

What the ****, VW? (Clutch slave cylinder ranting)

My 2013 TDI Beetle just wet the bed as well - slave cylinder/ release bearing/ fluid everywhere. Do I need the DMF as well? What is the decision point with that? Can anyone share more specifics on the Valeo conversion kit and what that entails? Amy help on sorting out this mess would be...
