Also does anyone know what the epa mpg ratings for a auto golf are now ? I don't see it on the vw website. It has to be there but I sure can't see it.

Should it take alot of force to get the innner plug out ? Also did you pull it out to the inside or the car or push it through out towards the outside of the car ?
Today I tried to clean the maf and for one start the car worked normally then the next time it had the same problem. Then I unplugged it and the car drives almost normally the powerband just is a little different.

Here's the problem. I start the car it starts out driving like it's in limp mode until the tach gets up to about 2500 rpm then I get a power surge after that it drive normally until I restart the car even if I come to a stop put it in park whatever it drives fine if I don't restart it.
