I am kinda in the same boat. They do opacity only here. Acceleration test in like 4th gear. Mine was well over the failure number and they told me to change my fuel filter... But they gave me a pass. My tune is very smokey timing is way to retarded. Unfortunately I broke the screen on my flash...
Anyone want to sell a metal nerd timing belt tool set? I am not in a huge hurry just trying to save a few $ over retail pm me.

My set up was doing something similar. 6th ~2k rpm holding +10 psi at elevation of 5-6k ft. Air flow through the compressor would become unstable but it would take sometime to develop. I was running the stock automatic nozzles, R520's fixed it.
