WTB mk4 Jetta front fender liners

I don’t make it down there very often even though that’s my homeland and I have some family living there. Now I have another reason to go visit that way! Thanks! I see VW stuff posted on facebook marketplace frequently from Iowa City, must be the same guy. I’ll check it out! I ended up buying...

WTB mk4 Jetta front fender liners

I thought a junk yard would be a faster cheaper option too. Went to the local yard and there was only one mk4 with the front buried in snow and the side I dug out didn't have a liner. Lol

WTB mk4 Jetta front fender liners

The guy I bought my Jetta from thought it was a good idea to not run fender liners to keep the fenders from rusting out but that’s not such a good idea when you occasionally have to drive down a gravel road or drive the car on wet salty roads. I need some fender liners and corresponding hardware...

ALH with too much vacuum resulting in over boost (P0234)

ALH with too much vacuum resulting in over boost (P0234)

I do indeed have an oil leak seemingly from one of those two spots. If it’s coming from boost at the compressor housing, will it go away after I fix the over boost condition or is there a bad seal that needs replacing that requires removing the turbo? If it’s coming from the oil drain line, is...

Do I spray oven cleaner in the intake side or the EGR hole? Where is relay 109 located?

Do the numbers written on the turbo mean anything to you?

I got to looking closer at the actuator movement and it was stopping at 15. I lengthen it a little and it is doing much better. Actual boost is still a little higher than requested but doesn’t go into limp mode now. It’s not too quick. My AAZ powered mk2 Jetta would smoke this thing. I’ll take...

This photo was taken when the care was just idling. The vacuum was much higher on my car compared to fatmobile’s healthy car. Here is a picture of the graph taken when the car was parked and revved.

That's right where it is, between 3 and 18.

Thanks for sharing some instructions on how to make a log. I’ve got a screenshot of the graph produced in group 11 but I don’t know how to post it here. I’ll definitely make a log too but not sure how to share it.
