If you filed or choose to file a claim in the VW Settlements, you do not need to file a claim in the Bosch Settlement. If your VW Settlement claim is approved, you will automatically receive a check in the mail from the Bosch Settlement.
Prob wont see any checks until FALL 2017, if that. Could...
same boat as you ; returned car on 1/20 and VW Credit loan still is not paid off....I just hope they dont report this to the credit bureaus, automatically.
What To Do????
Man, im so confused on what to do-- do I take the cash for the buyback and go buy another car or keep my 2013, and an extra $5000 (could come handy for future repairs). What are you guys planning on doing?
So If I understand this correctly, taking the $500 VGC does not waive your right to the class action lawsuits , should one participate in them.....is that correct?
Yeah, I'm with you on this one....my 2001 used to charge my phone and anything else I had plugged into the 12V...but now, the car has to be on. Not an improvement.
I also miss that lil compartment on the left side of the trunk that was sort of hidden...you could hide stuff in there.
2013 Jetta Premium...just got it like 2 weeks ago.....450 miles on the car and I got this diesel smell in the cabin........thank you all for pointing this out....I too thought I was going bananas....
I noticed a lot of people are pricing their TDI's like 1000-3000 higher than whats posted on KBB...is this just simply cuz of demand for them and market value? I need to sell my 2001 Jetta and dont want to underprice it....the kbb site says $3,300.......yikes...
