Ok guys, about 10 mins after posting this i started testing the brake switch and that's the culprit. Just kills me it decided to die just after everything i just did to put in the new radiator and hose. I guess on the bright side things could have been worse.
Hey guys, sure has been awhile since i last posted. I have reading that this sort of problem is caused by a bad ground to the tail lights or bad brake light switch.
I am testing those to potential problems but there is a little more to the situation.

Well i do apologize for my late update (sort of forgot i posted this) It was the V68 flapper motor. Swapped it out and boom all was well. After all that heater core flushing it was this. well i hope this helps out someone else down the road.
I forgot to say thanks to everyone who posted some advise/direction. Trying to narrow this down was awful and there is very little info on clusters going bad and this sort of problem existing. I hope anyone experiencing something weird with their electrical can benefit from this.

I swapped out the cluster and recoded it and this solved all the problems. Manage to get a factory re-man cluster with 0 miles on it from a friend who works at the dealer. It cost me $200 (normally 400). I had been reading that a lot of the used ones tend to fail...

Wow that's a lot of wearing down. I like to check my cam lobes every oil change. How many miles does this kind of wear take to occur or was it sudden??
These before and after pictures are making me cringe. I really am sorry this happen but glad to hear your going to try and salvage what's left. Considering what you are going to use this car for i would do the same. Keep us posted.

Cool, i cant seem to find the 4300k bulbs here. its goes from 3000k to 6k and up.
