Great videos and great advice! I just got done doing my IQ seals as the bottom one was leaking. The head seal is not leaking, so I decided to not tackle that one today since it seems to be a little more finicky on the repair. Thanks!
Mine did the same thing this morning. It was due for a filter change and I pulled it off and changed it, there was some ice/water that had frozen. It would kick over but not start as well. Followed the thread on how to bleed the fuel system and it fired up and ran great. Hopefully that is...

Thank god for this forum! Found it, it was a blown 34 fuse, replaced it and now the engine sounds back to normal and boost is back. I checked all of them last night with an ohm meter without pulling them out, but must have missed it.

The vacuum line and solenoid that it goes to was hanging close the egr tube and one of the wires that leads to the solenoid was cooked and exposed. I could not find a blown fuse though.
I have driven it and it is still loud and no power. Ran codes a few minutes ago and this is what it came up...

When idleing it sounds normal. But when I start to accerlerate or put the engine under a load by easing off the clutch the normal diesel sound increases tremedously in volume...
