    Question regarding purchasing a TDI

Well I pulled the trigger and put a deposit down on a beautiful CPO gray 2015 Golf TDI SE DSG with a lighting package and fender sound with 7K miles one owner, 17K out the door. They included a 0% for 24 months VW credit finance. I personally think its a great deal on one of probably the last VW...

    Question regarding purchasing a TDI

Hello all, I am in the market for a 2015 Golf SE, DSG. I found one with only 7K miles for 17K OTD, carfax shows that it has been parked for 2 years. I read about mildew in the tank and various issues with long term parked TDI's, this one is a CPO btw. Any advice?

Lease and change to purchase or just buy? 2015"new"TDI

The 0% for 72 was a no brainer for me, thats at least 1-2K in savings, free money. Lease only makes sense if you have cash to buy the car out right when you are ready, because financing on a used car won't be close to the 0% rate. Also, you pay tax on the residual amount. Positives about the...

stock dynos before and after dieselgate "fix" (increase!!)

I understand the dyno test results, but after test driving several phase 1 fixed DSG GSW's the last few days I feel they are not as potent as my unfixed 15 GSW DSG, don't know what it is but mine have always felt much more powerful, not disputing the results but its just my observation so far.
