That is actually my driveway. The Beetle is in my neighbor's driveway for photos. The Golf is a TDI. In the garage is my wife's Cabrio and my Miatas. Yes, I have too many cars. That is why the Beetle is for sale.

If the airbag resistance is even a hair off of spec, it will set off a code. It does not necessarily mean the airbag won't deploy. I replaced the airbag on my Jetta because of this, but was still able to deploy the airbag in a spectacular explosion with a long extension cord and a 12v battery.
