I was having the same issue and all it ended up being was a faulty fuse. My 30 fuse on top of the batter had burned and melted slightly. I replaced it and the light went away immediately. Give that a shot before you go replacing any control modules or ABS parts. Cheers!

I hooked the car up to VAGCOM last night and I before making any changes, I was at 4.2mg/stroke. Made the adjustment to 3 and now I'm ready to roll!

The problem ended up being the injector seals. Replaced them this weekend and the car is now running perfectly. Thanks again to runonbeer for the DIY guide.

Thanks so much for the videos. I just finished the job and everything worked out perfectly. I think I fixed all the leaks. However, if I'm still leaking diesel, what could be the cause?

Turns out the leak was diesel. It felt more oily than usual because it was picking up some leaking motor oil on it's way down to the floor. Thanks for all the pointers.

Definitely not diesel as the oil is much thicker. I looked at both boots and don't see any power steering fluid leaks. I'll have to get under this weekend and see if the leak is coming from the power steering unit. What's weird is that the clear oil is collecting on both the AC compressor and...
