Under the extended warranty we will unfortunately have to scan EVERY tdi for VWAG to authorize repairs. Unfortunately.

Dealers cant fix anything based on what you see with a scanner... they have to verify all concerns. Not because they dont believe you or trust you but simply because vwag will not pay ANY warranty repairs without stuff to back it up... Also do what the dealer will do... clear the codes IF you...

My 7yr/100k was under $2000 and its with "fidelity"/jm&a which is one of the best aftermarket warranty companies avaliable. No fine print with them. Been dealing with them for YEARS.

I bought a 7yr/100k bumper to bumper warranty with my new 2015 bought in 2017 simply to cover all the things the dieselgate warranty wont cover... care free ownership. Still going to be meticulous about maintenance and care but if something breaks ill drop her off and not worry about a bill lol.

If its in my garage i claim it lol. Crazy seeing a vr6 swap back there lol
