On my A3, the inside diameter is 6mm. Just under 1/4" The hose you linked is soft rubber. The stock fuel line is hard plastic. You don't need to replace the plastic fuel line to be bd compatible. Plastic won't swell or sweat from bd. I would suggest something like PEX tubing if you do need to...
