    GTB2056VL is good up to 220-230bhp, not much more. I would use GTB2260VK if fueling side is HF80 or 11mm+0.280.

    Is your stock turbo KKK or Garrett? KKK -> GTC1549VZ can be done if you take Vacuum actuator and oil lines from that GTC1549VZ (2.0CR). Garrett -> GTC1549VZ can be done if you take vacuum actuator from your original 1.6TDI Garrett turbo. You may also need oil lines from GTC1549VZ (2.0CR)...

    I would use 11mm pump any +250bhp setup. Not all 10mm pump are same. I would not use 1Z pump any +200bhp setup, AFN pump are good upgrade for those motors.

    What abaut cams? Normally stock CR cams support 2000-3000rpm zone and flow is very poor after 4500rpm. Does that motor have better cams or is there upgrade cams available? If we are talking sea levels, those turbos are quite ok with 2.5boost. Not so when you need 3bar or more.

    That kind of 2260 based hybrid is not best choice for any motor. I was thinking Borg Warner B2 - series VNT -turbo. Compressor wheel size matched with power goal.
