I don't live in Canada, but the DSG is the only automatic mated to the TDI and VR6 engines in the NA B7 Passat. There is nothing to pick on these engines unless you want a manual (which isn't available VR6) The 2.5 only gets a standard automatic (or 5 speed manual). I did notice on the vw.ca...

I did mine (two separate garage door openers) in about 10 minutes. It's clearly explained in the manual. Just keep in mind that most door openers are rolling code so you will need BOTH the original remote and access to the programming button on the door opener motor.

Actually, this answer is not 100% correct. The answer depends on when you bought your SEL w/RNS-510 and/or when it was produced. I just got mine last Friday and it had Travel Link already enabled (car was built in Jan.). If you got yours sometime before December you probably don't have Travel...

What did you order SE or SEL? There is now a hold on all SEL (TDI, I5 or V6) orders due to a leather seat constraint. Right now the factory is only processing TDI SE orders

Like me, I would gather your order is ok. They probably have just enough supply for orders already in. The problem will be with new orders input this month.

Maybe a supplier problem with dynamica inserts as well. This seems to affect all SEL's though for Jan. the factory is only processing TDI orders which in this case will be SE only. I guess they have enough SEL seats for some orders this month because I'm supposed to be getting mine sometime...

Don't blame Ross tech. These OS's aren't even supported by Microsoft anymore. Might be time to invest in a new computer.
