Best value from loyalty card if buyback is likely?

Based on my experience, this probably worked because you bought Audi parts. My local dealer also sells Volvo, so I hoped to get some accessories for my new XC70. Unfortunately, they said they're only allowed to invoice VW parts when using the card. If my local VW buddies don't want it, I'll...

FS: 2L Manual Transmission Gear Oil - Dayton, OH - $45

I have 2 unopened 1-liter bottles of VW gear oil, part #G052171A2 for sale. I purchased them for a transmission fluid change that I will now never complete. $45 gets them both shipped to you, and I offer a $5 discount for local pickup. Pic is of one bottle, but they are identical.

If you are considering buyback which cars are you looking at as replacements?

The Volvo V60 and V60 Cross Country caught my eye until I compared their rear seat legroom and cargo capacity to my 2010 Jetta sedan. The XC70 was my only option to get the room I wanted, and I'm absolutely loving it!

Best value from loyalty card if buyback is likely?

Thanks for the datapoint! I assume the dealers just want money, and they don't care what they're selling to get it.

If you are considering buyback which cars are you looking at as replacements?

I'm originally from PA, but Dayton has been home for the last 13 years. I've never been to Waverly, but I've driven through both Chillicothe and Portsmouth.

If you are considering buyback which cars are you looking at as replacements?

Amen to all of that. I took delivery this evening of a 2015.5 Volvo XC70 T6. More space, higher "luxury" content, and AWD were all factors. Plus it's the last chance to get their 3L turbo inline 6. EPA estimates 20 MPG combined, so half of what I was used to in my 2010 Jetta sedan. But I'm in a...

Best value from loyalty card if buyback is likely?

This makes me wonder...Has anyone had any luck getting other brand merch or parts at dealers that sell other cars? One of our local VW dealers also sells Volvo, and I would like to pick up a few things from them. Another dealer sells Porsche (which of course is VAG), and I could get some branded...

If you are considering buyback which cars are you looking at as replacements?

I was single when I bought my 2010 Jetta sedan, and now I'm married with a toddler. My $14k preliminary buyback offer is $12k less than my car's sticker. I'm initially considering wagons from Audi or Volvo. The new allroad is currently at the top of my list, but I haven't seen one in person yet...
