Hiya flee :D That's diesel that was leaking from the fuel pump and dirt collecting on it causing it to be black. I'm just really nervous about the tranny now. What signs should I look for?

My NB only has 1063XX miles on her, is the automatic DSG transmission going to give out anytime soon? I've been reading around, I read some give out at 140,000, 150,000, some even last to 180,000. Is that the typical range? Also, what signs should I look for, for a failing transmission?

Yes I do see it leaking. But only after driving, like there is still some coolant at the bottom of the reservoir... and the engine light turned on.
