I tried the "reset" as well, without success. After multiple complaints to the service advisor, they "adjusted and lubricated" the window track and this seems to have cured the problem. I was also having problems closing the sunroof. Same fix with same results. Good luck.

My absolute worst numbers are 13,4 l./100 Km or 21.1 mpg (Imperial) at about 6000kms on the Odo. We had a cold snap in the weather, and this was around town in stop and go traffic. I had about 200kms on the tank at the time, and refulled because we were going out of town.

I don't recall a service code. I don't have access to my paperwork at the moment. I went to Norden Autohaus, the Service Manager there is the one that came on the ride along. He's aware of the problem. And I'm sure if you mention my name, he'll remember. Hope this helps.
